General Overview

The Huye Campus, Directorate of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation established in 2019, as unit within Huye Campus Residence Principal’s Office. It has an overall mandate to coordinate the preparation of Huye Campus Single Action Plan for its sustainable development. Apart from serving supporting services for the campus, it has also an overall responsibility to plan and report for the six (6) Colleges located in the Campus.

This administrative unit plays a significant role in the management of campus performance. The DPME is lead by a Director and one (1) Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. The Planning Office is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic, operational and academic planning across the College and Campus. We do this by providing a range of information, support and advice, monitoring and assessing performance ; and coordinating the planning and budgeting process.
